Our B Vitamin Complex provides a balanced blend of all eight essential B vitamins, offering a convenient way to top up these key nutrients during busy or stressful times. This complex contains thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folic acid (B9), and cobalamin (B12).

Working synergistically, these B vitamins support energy levels, nervous system health, psychological function, and more. Specifically, vitamins B3, B5, B2, B6, and B12 help reduce fatigue; B1, B2, B3, and B12 support the nervous system; B1, B3, and B12 promote normal psychological function. Our B Complex is dairy, soy, and nut free, making it suitable for vegans.
