What is HealthAid Vitamin B1 100mg?

Vitamin B1, also known as Thiamin, helps break down carbohydrates, fat and protein in the body to provide energy. Vitamin B1 is needed in every cell of the body for the production of ATP, the fuel the body runs on. It helps support a normal appetite, maintain a healthy nervous system and aid the proper functioning of the heart and other muscles. Stress increases the need for Vitamin B1 and all other B vitamins. How to use HealthAid Vitamin B1 100mg?

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
