Royal Mail Tracked 48hr Delivery
- £3.49 for Tracked 48hr service, delivered within 2-3 working days from despatch of order.
- Free delivery for orders over £35.
- Delivered Mon-Sat (excluding Sunday and Bank Holidays).

- Mon-Thur orders placed before 8pm will be delivered 1-2 days from despatch (90% of orders delivered next day).
- Friday orders placed before 8pm will be delivered from Saturday.

- Thursday orders placed before 8pm will be delivered on Monday.
- Friday orders placed after 8pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Delivered Mon-Fri (excluding weekend and bank holidays).

Delivery Terms & Conditions
- All orders are despatched subject to us successfully receiving payment
- There are four delivery options available to customers, provided by Royal Mail and Evri.
- The options relevant to the items in the basket will be visible as you enter the checkout page.
- There are restrictions on items, such as flammable and aerosols, and weight/size that may result in not all delivery options are provided.
- Our estimated delivery dates exclude bank holidays and other public holidays
- Our estimated delivery dates are aligned to the delivery option you selected. We will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option you selected, however delivery timescales are indicative only.
- Orders may be delivered in one or more packages
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses
- There are geographical restrictions or impact on the following services:

- Depending on the location, contents and weight of your order, we may use a combination of couriers to deliver your order safely, e.g. it's required that aerosols are delivered via a road-based courier. This is a requirement of the January 2013 Dangerous Goods Act, introduced by the Civil Aviation Authority. You will not be charged additional delivery fees if this occurs
- We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated despatch timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, all orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days or a full refund will be issued

Pharmacy (P-line) Orders
- All P-line items require our Pharmacy team's approval before we can deliver it to you
- When ordering, if you completed a health questionnaire, your order contained a P-line item
- Our Pharmacy team may need to ask you additional questions, recommend an alternative treatment or cancel your request on medical grounds
- Depending on the outcome of approval, dispensing your order may be delayed, however, you will be kept informed throughout this process

Tracking the Status of your Order
If you created an account when you checked out, you can check the status of your order by logging in to your ChemistDirect account
Once logged in, you can click 'View my Orders'. Your order will be given one of the following notes:
- Order received: Confirming that your order has been successfully received by ChemistDirect.co.uk and will shortly be ready for processing
- Order suspended: Your order is still being processed but our team will need to review it before we can confirm despatch
- Order being processed: Your order is now being processed and will be despatched shortly
- Order cancelled: Sadly we cannot progress your order due to an outstanding issue. You will be sent an email notification regarding the cancellation, advising on next steps. You can speak to our Customer Care team on 0121 541 1800 or by sending a note to on our contact page
- Order despatched / Track Parcel: Your order has now been despatched and is on its way to you
Premier Delivery Pass
Terms & conditions
Premier Delivery Pass is a membership service available to UK addresses only. It gives subscribers unlimited standard delivery options on all orders over £10.00 for a whole year.
- You must be logged in to your account to use it.
- Premier Delivery Pass is valid for 12 months from the day you sign up (or, if renewing, from the day your subscription renewal begins).
- The minimum order value is £10 per order. You will still be able to place orders for less than £10.00 but will be charged the standard delivery charge of min. £3.49.
- Your use of Premier Delivery Pass is subject to these terms and conditions.
- Your subscription is locked to the UK. You can’t use Premier Delivery Pass in another country with this subscription.
- Premier Delivery Pass operates a fair usage policy. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership of the Premier Delivery Pass service if we consider that your use is not reasonable. Premier Delivery Pass may be used only in association with the registered Chemist Direct account and by the registered account holder only. It may not be used by other users. It may be used to deliver to an address other than your delivery address (such as a holiday home). Premier Delivery Pass may only be used for domestic use for the purposes of purchasing products for your immediate household. We reserve the right to ask for proof that you are associated with all delivery addresses. Order as many times as you like, avoid making excessive use of, or placing unusual burdens on, the service (e.g., ordering and/or returning items beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the service for personal use). Premier Delivery pass may not be used if you intend to use the items delivered for resale or onward delivery by a 3rd party.
- A member is in breach of fair usage policy
- A member is in breach of any term or condition
- A Delivery Pass member has engaged in activity that we suspect involves fraud or the misuse of Delivery Pass membership
- Delivery outside the UK are severely disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic
- We are unable to guarantee delivery fulfilment time due to the disruption
- Delivery charges to Europe will vary depending on the weight, contents and destination of your order. Delivery is typically within 5 - 10 working days following despatch. If your order contains sensitive items such as aerosols which require road-based delivery then it's typically 15 - 20 days
- We can now ship road-based delivery goods to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
- We can only deliver prescription items to addresses within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland [inc. islands] N. Ireland and the Isle of Man). Unfortunately, prescription items cannot be sent to non-UK destinations, including the Channel Islands. We are also unable to send pregnancy tests to France
- Additional delivery charges start at £4.25, depending on the location, size and weight of your order and are shown at the checkout. Delivery is typically 5 - 15 days from despatch and all prices are shown include V.A.T. Where applicable V.A.T will be deducted at the checkout. Certain weight and product descriptions apply
- Sadly, we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses
Subscribing to and using Premier Delivery Pass
Cancellation
A full refund of your membership fee will be given if you have not made any eligible purchases using Premier Delivery Pass. Once an eligible purchase has been made your membership cannot be cancelled.
Premier Delivery Pass change or termination
We reserve the right to change or withdraw Premier Delivery Pass membership benefits or suspend the delivery pass service at any time and for any reason. We reserve the right to change and update these terms and conditions from time to time. If we do so, we will update our website with the revised terms and conditions and will send an email to Delivery Pass members detailing any material changes.
In such cases, no refund will be issued by Chemist Direct.

Effective from 25th April 2023, we regret to inform our customers that the Premier Delivery Pass has been discontinued. As a consequence of this change, no further Premier Delivery Passes will be available for purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. (Please note that all existing Premier Delivery Pass holders will continue to enjoy the benefits until the expiry of their current subscription.
