This is a fantastic product, and a steal at the current price. I had been smoking for 10 years and I knew it was going to be difficult to kick the habit but upon using this product it completely obliterated my need to light up another cigarette. Must admit the taste isnt great but you do get used to it and its a small price to pay if you really want to quit. I found spraying it under my tongue and not to the back of the throat was much more pleasant. The effects take about 7 seconds and you really dont want a cigarette or to eat anything afterwards. I also found it took away any cravings for food to substitute smoking which was an added bonus. 12 months later I am smoke free and havent gained a pound!
