Aramis was launched by Estee Lauder in 1964, and was created exclusively for the grooming needs of men at a time when masculine fragrance was scarce. The revolutionary brand cemented the way for prestige men's fragrance, and the Aramis perfume was the first to be sold in stores.
In the present day, Aramis continues to lead the market in the creation of first-rate men's grooming, skincare and fragrance products. Aramis Perfume has remained prevalent and is a true classic fragrance. The Aramis range has continued to develop and now includes a wide range of shaving, hair, bath and body products.
Joseph Lauder and wife Estée Lauder started Aramis Inc., which produced fragrances and grooming products for men in 1964.
