Warnings / Side effects

Contains caffeine (200mg/15g). For adults only, not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Do not exceed 400mg caffeine per day from all sources (200mg/day for pregnant or breastfeeding women).

Usage / Instructions

Mix 15g (2 scoops) with 250-300ml of water. Take 30 minutes before training.
