Seven Seas Pregnancy Multivitamins is a complete multivitamin with 21 vitamins and minerals designed to support you and your pregnancy. The formula contains the exact recommended level of Folic Acid from the department of Health.

Usage / Instructions

Take one tablet a day with a glass of cold water. Best taken with food.

Has everything you need whilst pregnant I was suffering with low iron levels and these brought them back up to normal as well as helping with my calcium as I wasnt getting enough in my diet so overall a great product with a reasonable price 5 stars for me !!!!
