How to use Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil Capsules High Strength?

Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: One capsule a day with a cold drink
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Store in a cool, dry place, below 25�C.

Been brought up on cod liver oil from being little also the orange juice.Still take it now, Have always recomendited it many people as I always have had pretty good health.
