How to use

To use Safe and Sound Health�s Nasal Strips

Before applying one of our Nasal Strips, thoroughly clean your nose and remove any dirt or oil on your skin. This will help the strip adhere to your skin more effectively

Gently Pat your nose and face dry with a soft towel

Peel away the sticker from the back of the nasal strip

Place the Nasal Strip adhesive-side down across the bridge of your nose, just above the flare of each nostril

Press down on the drop to ensure the nasal strip is stuck fully to your nose

Dispose of the nasal strip after use
