This lightweight, water-based toner is infused with Mugwort extract and Madecassoside to effectively moisturise and soothe irritated skin, promoting a healthier complexion. The Mugwort extract formulation is rich in Vitamins A, B, and Beta-Carotene, helping to reduce skin stress with a calming, soothing effect.
