How to use Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Toner

As a toner: dispense an appropriate amount on a cotton pad and wipe the entire face to refine the skin.
As a spot relief mask: wet cotton pads with product and place on concerned areas for 5-10 minutes to sooth irritated skin.
