Promensil Double Strength Tablets provide a supplement for women who are in need of a little support whilst going through the menopause. These tablets are made from red clover isoflavones, which are plant estrogens that have been proven to be beneficial to a female's health.

These tablets work by contributing to a comfortable menopause, preserve healthy bones, as well as maintain the elasticity of blood vessels. Only one tablet is to be taken per day.

I have found going through early menopause due to health, I was having day/night sweats and Ive been taking the strong dose and have stopped all sweats which is a blessing as I couldnt do anything without being soaking, so thanks uve made me feel human again ??

I began with the lower strength but found I needed to take two a day, so decided to try the double strength and have found them more beneficial, no more night sweats which is lovely and sleeping much better, I am more than happy with promensil

I started taking the lower strength dose of Promensil Menopause a month before a surgical menopause and they definitely reduce my symptoms when taken twice a day so decided to take the stronger dose. Found that taking them in 2 doses works better for me so buying these still works out cheaper if you get a pill cutter and take half morning and evening.
