Vitabiotics Pregnacare Plus Omega 3 has been designed to provide you with 400�g of Folic acid and 400�g of vitamin D which work to contribute to material tissue growth and cell division. These easy to swallow tablets and capsules contain essential nutrients for pregnancy contributing to normal brain and eye development.

Usage / Instructions

Take one tablet (green blister) per day plus one capsule (pink blister) with your main meal.

I have been taking Pregnacare tablets ever since i fell pregnant the midwife wife gave me a bounty pack with a voucher so i thought why not give them ago... i am now 17 weeks and i have felt great from the day i took my first tablet they have given bundles of energy ive had no sickness at all so all in all Great so i have now opted to change to the pregnacare plus range to help my baby develop in the right way and so far so good :)
