Pharma Nord Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn Oil - The nutrients in sea buckthorn oil support general wellbeing and may help maintain the health and integrity of cell membranes, especially in mucous membranes and skin.

This supplement is free from artificial colouring, yeast, dairy, sugar, and gluten.

Rich in nutrients

The oil of sea buckthorn berry contains fatty acids of virtually all important series, omega-3, -6, -7 and -9 and is exceptionally rich in palmitoleic acid (omega -7). The oil is also rich in natural antioxidants; tocopherols, tocotrienols, carotenoids and plant sterols.

Usage / Instructions

How to take Pharma Nord Omega 7:

Two capsules twice a day with food and drink during the first two months, one capsule twice a day thereafter.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans

Pharma Nord Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn Oil Ingredients:

Sea buckthorn oil SBA24 (sea buckthorn oil from seeds and soft parts*, antioxidants: rosemary extract*, alpha tocopherol) 72.5%.

Capsule shell: Modified maize starch, glycerol, gelling agent: carageenan, acidity regulator: disodium phosphate.

Saturated fatty acids 210mg, monounsaturated fatty acids 480mg (of which Omega-7 (palmitoleic acid) 240mg, Omega-9 (oleic acid) 180mg, Omega-7 (cis-vaccenic acid)60mg), polyunsaturated fatty acids 300mg (of which Omega-6 (linoleic acid) 170mg, Omega-3 (alpha-linoleic acid) 130mg) Vitamin E (as alpha tocopherol) 4.0mg (33% of RDA), Vitamin A (from beta-carotene) 400ug (50% of RDA)

This product was a very important life saver in regards to my overall health, and specifically in the healthy intimate environment of my body enabling me to remain juicy as an active woman in my early 50s. I would heartily and without reservation recommend this product to any of my friends over the age of 40, in particular, and to those with specific areas of dryness to ensure healthy mucus membranes, throughout the body!
