We have used this product before but was buying from a different seller. This time we found it cheaper on ChemistDirect. The delivery was quick. Unfortunately one of the tin got damaged in shipment. I informed ChemistDirect. They straightway offered a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement and they very efficiently sent the replacement which was received within 2-3 days.
