Mix 1 level scoop in 350 ml of cold water.

Creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, acids (citric acid, malic acid, L-tartaric acid), flavourings, anti-caking agents (calcium silicate, silicon dioxide), L-citrulline, colours (beetroot red, beta-carotene (vit. A), curcumin), acetyl L-carnitine HCl, thickeners (sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, xanthan gum, carrageenan), N-acetyl L-tyrosine, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6), watermelon extract (Citrus lanatus), natural caffeine, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), nicotinamide (vit. B3), calcium D-pantothenate (vit. B5), cyanocobalamin (vit. B12), black pepper extract (Piper nigrum L.), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), thiamin hydrochloride (vit. B1), cholecalciferol (vit. D3).
