the taste made me heave BUT I had recently been poorly which made me crave cigs a lot less anyway so when I wasn't able to smoke I started these. Maybe they did work I didn't touch one cig they had an effect on me like to champix which I hated them the taste was too similar I don't know but they aren't for me. Us smokers know that not every nicotine replacement will work. Thankyou for the opportunity to try these cheaper but even at that price I will steer clear.
