Natures Aid's Women's Multivitamin and Mineral contains essential vitamins and minerals to support women's health. This vegan daily supplement includes Vitamin B6 to regulate hormones, Vitamin K2 for bone health, Vitamin D3 for calcium absorption and bone strength, iron for healthy blood cells and energy levels, chromium for blood sugar support, iodine for thyroid health, and Vitamin B12 for the nervous system.

Our expert team formulated this supplement to provide nutritional support when a healthy, balanced diet is not enough. The easy-to-swallow capsules contain no fillers, binders, GMOs, gluten, dairy, yeast or nuts.

Vitamin K2 supports normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. Calcium supports the normal functioning of digestive enzymes and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Magnesium supports normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system. Chromium supports normal blood glucose levels and normal macronutrient metabolism. Iodine supports the maintenance of normal thyroid function. B Vitamin Complex supports normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and normal energy yielding metabolism.

Warnings / Side effects

� Daily consumption of EGCG should be less than 800mg.
