Natures Aid Vitamin C 1000mg Effervescent Tablets are a one-a-day, orange flavour supplement containing high levels of Vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the normal production of collagen, which is essential for normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system and protects cells from oxidative damage while increasing iron absorption.

love these they taste great just like your drinking fizzy orange much better than the vitamin c tablets that i just brought they taste terrible will stick to these would recommend to all.
