Step 1 Shake the bottle well and apply once every 24 hours – ideally after showering. Dries in a few minutes.
Step 2 Before reapplying, remove the old layer by peeing off an inside corner and gently rolling off (easiest under warm water or in the shower).
Step 3 Replace with a new layer one, dries in a few minutes .
