La Roche Posay Effaclar Purifying Gel Micropeeling Effect is a fresh, foaming gel wash that has been designed for persistent imperfections on the body and face. It intensely removes impurities and excess sebum while deeply unclogging pores, leaving the skin smoother. Enriched with 2% Salicylic Acid, 0.05% LHA, 0.2% Zinc, and La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water, it is dermatologically tested and proven to prevent recurrence. Effaclar has undergone rigorous testing to ensure it is suitable for very sensitive skin.
