Pre Workout Fuel contains a high level of carbohydrates - 26g per serving. Healthspan use fast-acting maltodextrin to fuel your workout, plus added creatine to increase your physical performance and intensity.* Each serving also provides 4g of essential BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids’) in a Leucine heavy 4:1:1 ratio, in addition to an amino acid complex featuring Citrulline malate, beta-alanine, L-taurine and L-tyrosine.

Store below 25°C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, in original packaging, out of sight and reach of young children. Once opened, use within 3 months. Food supplements / dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This pack also contains both a sachet of silica gel, to reduce the effects of moisture, and a measuring scoop. The silica sachet cannot be consumed and the scoop can be widely recycled.
Adults: Suggested serving size is 40 grams (approximately 2 level scoops supplied) or the dosage advised by your nutritionist. Mix with 350 ml water and consume before or during exercise.
