Selenium is an essential trace mineral that the body's immune system utilises for its powerful antioxidant properties. It helps protect tissue cells against oxidative damage caused by free radicals. Selenium supports the maintenance of a healthy heart, liver and prostate. HealthAid Selenium is specially formulated using L-selenomethionine, a naturally occurring form in vegetables that provides an enhanced, highly absorbable source of selenium for maximum utilisation by the body.

How to use HealthAid Selenium Plus (Vitamins A, C, E & Zinc)

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.

My wife and I have been using this Selenium ACE for several years from the age of Mid 60s. We find the tablets are a very good vitimin suppliment and joint stimulent. I would highly recomend this for other people in there twilight years ! !
