HealthAid Iron Formula Plus Tablets provide your body with your daily intake of iron. Iron is the most important mineral involved with the production of red blood cells. It helps to carry oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body to support your energy levels and metabolic system and provide you with strength and vitality. HealthAid’s formula contains the added bonus of Vitamin B complex, which helps your body get the maximum amount of energy from your food, as well as Vitamin C, which speeds up absorption of iron into the body.

Iron Plus Tablets are ideal for vegetarians, pregnant women and those diagnosed with anaemia who are lacking iron in their body so they can still gain all benefits from this essential mineral.

Adults and children over 12 years of age: One tablet 3 times a day with meals.
