Natures Aid Calcium Chewable vitamins with added Vitamin D3 have been designed for anyone that struggles to swallow standard calcium tablets or capsules. These delicious lemon flavoured chewable vitamins provide your body with 200mg of calcium per daily does. Calcium and Vitamin D work to help reduce the loss of bone mineral in post-menopausal women. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures.
