I'm sure that these are helping my hair to grow more strongly, post-menopausal hair needs all the help it can get, and I find less hair on the brush and fewer split ends. Have been taking these for a year now and am feeling as well as seeing the difference in the strands.

I started taking this supplement in the beginning of September, and we are in the end of october now. I wouldnt say my hair has grown, but it definitely feels different, in a good way! However my nails have been growing insanely fast, and my skin has improved (I have childrens eczema). so i can see that these pills do work. The pill itself is kinda big (i think its 3/3,5 cm or something like that) and it doesnt smell good at all, but they are easy enough to swallow. But I think they are worth it, since they improved both my skin, hair and nails!I started out with taking only the 30 capsules, but I wanted to continue them, so now i bought 90 capsules :)

It is absolutely brilliant product. You need to be aware that to notice a huge difference you need to use it for 3 months at least. I would suggest to have a month treatments every few months afterwords, just to keep your hair healthy.
