Starflower Oil is extracted from the seeds of the Borage plant and contains the richest source of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), which is even more potent than that found in Evening Primrose Oil. GLA is a fatty acid that the body converts into a hormone-like substance called prostaglandin. This helps maintain the body's metabolism, keeping it functioning effectively and efficiently. Starflower Oil is an ideal supplement for promoting healthy skin, flexible joints, and for alleviating symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in women.
Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily. Adults can increase up to three capsules a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
