To optimise the digestive process and enhance the effectiveness of Formoline L112, it is recommended that an adequate amount of water (250ml) is consumed when taking the tablets.
When using Formoline L112, adherence to the prescribed dosage is recommended. The typical dosage involves taking two (2) tablets with the two (2) main meals of the day, totalling up to four (4) tablets per day. It is advisable to ensure that the tablets are taken with meals that contain high fat content to maximise the product’s fat-binding properties.
It is recommended to ingest the tablets with water before or during meals, ensuring that a four (4) hour gap is maintained between taking the tablets and any prescribed medication or supplements.
