Brilliant product which almost completely stops the itching and reduces the healing time significantly. Also avoids having to touch the sore in the horrible weepy stage as everything is hygienically contained by the patch. I usually get cold sores on my nose not my lips which is more awkward but the patches still work very well. My only suggestion - it would be useful if the pack contained different sizes as a larger patch would make it easier to cope with clusters of cold sores.

I usually needed up to three weeks for the larger ones, but while using this product, your lips are as before in less than one week. These are the only effective thing I have found for cold sores. As soon as the tingle starts, put one on. They can last up to 24hrs as long as you dont get them too wet. Mine are gone within a week of daily use. And if you find them too large, which I do, just carefully cut along the join before you peel it off, and use tweezers to this and attach to the affected area. Works so much better and you get double from the packet.
