Chemist Direct Cod Liver Oil Softgels contain 1000 mg of Cod Liver Oil. This contains 80 mg of EPA, 80 mg of DHA, as well as 100% of your recommended daily intake of Vitamins A and D.

Cod liver oil is a fantastic source of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and the maintenance of normal vision, and Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
