I find always much better and easier to wear than other leading incontinence pants the blue gel certainly absorbs the moisture and inhibits any odour

i suffer badly so if you are out and have nowhere to go 2 loo, ive wet myself many a time and they just leak so embarresing they cost alot as it is,

I prefer this brand to others on the market. the layers are not so bulky but they hold a great deal. I often have problems both ends due to having ulcerative colitis and these pants are excellent. They have a slight scent which makes you feel clean. They neutralise odours, they are comfortable to wear and not very bulky. Only down side for me is I have trouble finding shops to get them from, so buying online is easier
