Using Nicorette Quick Mist, You May Experience:
As is the case with all forms of NRT, you may experience some side effects. These may include;
Tingling Lips
Some users have reported a mild burning sensation on their lips if they come into contact with the spray. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about. To avoid, simply take care not to get any spray on your lips.
Hiccups
Some users also report getting mild hiccups when using the spray. Don't worry, this is a common side effect for oral forms of NRT.
A Strong Taste

STEP 1
Activate the dispenser. Using your thumb, press the button on the back of the dispenser inwards and raise the applicator into position
STEP 2
Point the nozzle towards your open mouth, holding it as close to your mouth as possible. Press the top of the dispenser and release one spray into the mouth, into the cheek or under the tongue
STEP 3
If in a few minutes your cravings are not relieved, use the spray again. To close the dispenser, slide the button down and lower the applicator

This product is quite better than the nasal spray still you have yo give it few days to help you with the cravings it feels a bit strong when you use it help when you are in a place where you can't smoke but honestly it didn't help me to stop smoking for good (source: https://www.nicorette.co.uk)
